      This single story motel with US Highway 14 frontage and plenty of parking is right in the center of recreational & sportsmans paradise.

    This four lakes area including Lake Thompson is one of the states hottest fishing areas, winter & summer,  and consistently draws people from Iowa,Wisconsin, Minnesota and Nebraska.
     Being on a major waterfowl flyway also helps with the waterfowl hunting and renewed pheasant hunting.

    Laura Ingalls Wilder tourism site is just 8 miles from the motel and also offers an excellent opportunity for the summer tourist season along with a local groomed snowmobile trail linking it to several other state trail systems for winter potential. Toni has done an excellent job of improving this business.

     It includes a nice living quarters area and various room combinations can be achieved because of its design. It also has a tanning room for additional income; currently 6 single units (Each room features a microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, TV etc. ) , 5 kitchenette/apt units (fridge & stove etc) for extended stays for the sportspersons, construction crews etc. One is a large double unit called the “bunkhouse “
